Making a Request to Graduate

Students planning to graduate in November 2004 may make a request in ROSI between July 5 and September 12, 2004. Students who experience problems adding a graduation request or who wish to add, change or cancel a request after the deadline must complete a degree request/change form and return it to the Victoria College Registrar's Office.

Instructions for students wishing to graduate in June 2005 are included in the 2004-2005 Registration Handbook and Timetable.

It is the student's responsibilty to verify that all program and degree requirements are complete. When you confirm your intention to graduate, please ensure that your subject POSts (specialists, majors and/or minors) are correct and up to date on the SWS (ROSI).

Students who are upgrading a previously-conferred BA or BSC must make a request in ROSI by the appropriate deadline. Students who upgrade to an honours degree are NOT eligible to attend the convocation ceremony to receive the upgraded degree.
